There will be Days **

I have appreciated the support of online grief organizations. Because I live with spinal arthritis, sometimes it is too uncomfortable for me to drive to, and sit through, an in-person group. During my more difficult grief days I find these short missives comforting. Blessings to the sweet souls who write them.

From Transcending Loss on FB: Understanding the lifelong impact of grief
"There will be days when you feel like you're going crazy. You may find that you lose things, are forgetful, can't concentrate. Grieving takes up so much psychic energy that there isn't much focus left for the details of getting through life. However, you won't always feel this scattered on a day to day basis (just smaller episodes). Be patient and tender with yourself and cut yourself slack as you get through one day at a time."
